How to use "export_xml3.py"
Put "export_xml3.py" in the blender2.XX/blender.app/Contents/MacOS/2.XX/scripts/addons".

Boot blender and click file menu and select User Preferences.

Select "Addons" tab.

click "PS3 Cerium (xml)"'s check box.

click "Save As Default"
