Makefiles: Use native cp for copying dsk images
The "os9 copy" is not able to do this on Cygwin,
and is not the right tool for the job anyway.

Many commands in NitrOS-9 work with user data such as text files, programs, etc. These commands assume that a file is located in the working data directory.
