Makefiles: Use native cp for copying dsk images The "os9 copy" is not able to do this on Cygwin, and is not the right tool for the job anyway. Thanks to Bob Devries for reporting this issue!

This command is used to delete the file(s) specified by the
pathlist(s). The user must have write permission for the file(s).
Directory files cannot be deleted unless their type is changed to
non-directory: see the <command>attr</command> command description.
