描画されるオブジェクトが遠くにある場合、そのままの大きさの Texture は必要ない。
Span の長さから、描画に必要な Texture Scale を選択する。
Texture は縦横ともに 1/2、1/4、1/8 と、2分の1ずつ縮小させる。
